
A graduate from UCL, Dipesh completed his Legal Practice Course at College of Law and trained with Everratts Solicitors. Dipesh continued his journey as a newly qualified solicitor at Beachcrofts Solicitors for over 7 years before setting up DBP Law Solicitors. He is also a mediator who is accredited by the ADR Group. He has successfully negotiated settlements without having the need for court action. He does not see the necessity to prolong matters and tries to find immediate and commercial solutions for his clients. He is friendly, easily approachable and also multi-lingual.

Reported cases: Foxholes Nursing Home Ltd v Accora Ltd [2013] EWHC 3712 (Ch) – successful in obtaining an injunction refraining the presentation of a winding up petition. Ultraclass Limited, George Nicholas Michael (as Liquidator of Ultraclass Limited) v Assemakis & Evans [2012] Lawtel 4 April 2012 – successfully obtained a freezing injunction against the former officers of the company without any fortification by the liquidator. Re Quality Kebab Ltd [2006] All ER (D) 162 – successful application to appoint the administrator of choice of the directors and defeated a winding up petition issued by a creditor. Franses v Oomerjee [2005] BPIR 1320 – Successfully defended Trustee in Bankruptcy’s application for after acquired property made after the time limit prescribed by the Insolvency Act 1986.
